Returns

If you’ve changed your mind, you can return your item within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition.

• Be returned with any original packaging where possible.

• Not be damaged, washed or altered.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

• Personalised or custom-made products.

• Gift cards.

• Any items that have been used or damaged after delivery.

 

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

Please email hello@suffolkbuh.com with:

• Your order number.

• A brief description of the issue.

• Photos of the item where possible.

 

We’ll arrange a replacement, repair or full refund as appropriate.

 

Return Postage

Unless the item is faulty or sent in error, customers are responsible for return postage costs.

 

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.

 

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

 

Approved refunds will be made to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

 

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a faulty item.

 

Exchanges

If you’d like a different size or product, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help, subject to stock availability.
